5th Grade tDap Boosters Needed For Middle School Registration

All 5th grade students who have not had a Tdap vaccine within the last five years will need a Tdap booster shot before entering 6th grade.

Fifth grade students can now begin receiving the shots from the health department or their family physicans.

Please return updated shot records to SPES clinic prior to the end of this year to avoid any delays in obtaining your child's middle school schedules.

Please contact Mrs. Stovall, our school nurse, if you have any questions regarding your child's immunization records at 648-3767.
